This expression has officially manifested itself in Cameroon through a young girl with 9-year-old being declared the best and youngest photographer in the world.

The statement was approved by the president of the country's football federation Samwel E'too said that for the first time in his life he was witnessing a young child with the most talented photographs in the country.

In an interview, the child whose name has been withheld said that all the things that people have been fascinated by have been learning from his father since he was a child.

For his part, the parent of the child who is also a famous photographer in the country has stated that he has been accompanying his son everywhere, a situation that led the child to become more knowledgeable and one of the many that made him very popular is to participate in photography in CAF competitions.

However E'too, who is the president of Cameroon's football federation, has stated that the child will from now on be adopted and that he will also be given the responsibility of being one of the photographers for the World Cup in Qatar.
Moreover Mr. E'too went on to say that in his leadership he needs people like this who show great diversity who will come to fight the whites when it comes to digital as well as modern.

Waziri Mkuu ametoa taarifa hiyo (Ijumaa, Septemba 10, 2021) wakati wa kuahirisha Mkutano wa Nne wa Bunge la 12 jijini Dodoma. Bunge limeahirishwa hadi tarehe 2 Novemba, 2021. Amesema kufuatia tangazo hilo la kupanda kwa bei za bidhaa hizo, Septemba Mosi, 2021, Serikali ilisitisha bei mpya zilizotangazwa na EWURA ili kufanya mapitio ya kina ya kupanda huko kwa bei na siku iliyofuata iliunda timu ya uchunguzi.
