  Mahakama ya Hakimu Mkazi Kisutu leo Juni 18, 2021 imemfutia mashtaka na kumwachia huru mfanyabiashara Marijan Msofe (53) maarufu Papa Msofe na wenzake wanne. Hatua hiyo inatokana na Mkurugenzi wa Mashtaka nchini (DPP) kuwasilisha hati mahakamani hapo akieleza kuwa hana nia ya kuendelea na shauri hilo dhidi ya washtakiwa hao. Msofe na wenzake walikuwa wanakabiliwa wa mashtaka matano likiwemo la kujipatia Sh943 milioni kwa njia ya udanganyifu.
